The Holcim Philippines - Bulacan Plant caters to the market areas od Central Central Luzon, NCR, Cagayan Valley and Southern Tagalog. Like the rest of the plants of Holcim, it is certified with ISO 9001 for Quality Management Systems, ISO 14001 for Environment Management System Standards, and OHSAS 18001 for Occupational Health and Safety - the globally accepted seal in management standard. Considered the largest among all the plants, it has two kilns which have a clinker capacity of 2.529 million tons and cement production capacity of 3.285 million tons.
